  • How do you avoid Conflicts of Interest?

    The benefit of a network is that if one of our Fractional Executives is already working with a similar or competing organization we have plenty of other members ready to help you. Each network will be bound by confidentiality directly with you as well as with us as a network so although we are a close community we would never disclose any confidential information or breach a conflict of interest.

  • What if we want to convert our Fractional Executive to an FTE?

    You've found the perfect person? Great! We would never want to prohibit our Fractional Executives joining you, if they want to of course! We will agree nominal compensation terms in the event of this before you sign with us.

  • How do I join your network?

    Simple - reach out via phone, email or our Contact page. We would love to have a chat with you and see if we are a good fit!

  • What's stopping me from approaching a member of your network directly?

    CxO IP pride themselves on honesty, integrity and transparency and expect the same of our Clients. All our network members are also contractually obliged to disclose any direct approaches.

  • Isn't it cheaper to hire a FTE?

    Cost is not the primary driver for wanting to hire a Fractional Executive. However, the benefits of a Fractional is that they act as a contractor so you do not have to pay National Insurance (UK), pension or 401K Contributions, state or government taxes, Private Healthcare or insurance. They are also not entitled to stock options, equity, bonus schemes or any other incentive based plans that a FTE would typically expect. Hiring a Fractional means less overheads and less hassle.
